Munich-based Streetpunk band Euphorie is back with their second full-length album. Once again, raw Punkrock, a clear stance, and lyrics drawn from real life are combined to create an exquisite cocktail for subculture enthusiasts. Between anger at social circumstances, a clear anti-fascist stance, and the daily struggle with wage labor and the pressure to perform, there’s hardly any room for meaningless slogans. But Euphorie also reveals a personal side, expressing fears about the future and the feeling of having to survive in a world that’s constantly demanding. Ultimately, though, with “One Crew One Family” they’ve also scored the hit of late summer. It’s simply a beautiful declaration of love to all those who see themselves as outsiders in society and find joy and strength in subculture.
