10 condensed and dark songs not leaving anyone indifferent. The band decided to take a “step back” and recorded the material in analogue technology, i.e. on magnetic tape and without the help of computers. This in turn translated into a better flow of energy between the musicians during the sessions. And, of course, on the sound, which became more ‘old-school’. On the new album, Dezerter, as always, asks uncomfortable questions and forces us to seek answers. Their new songs are not light entertainment, as they require the listeners to be active and intellectually engaged. According to Krzysztof Grabowski, drummer and lyricist: This album does not contain cheerful “rock’n’roll”, even though it is played on guitars and there is a lot of melody in the vocals.
