The Adolescents keep the activity flag flying high and release their third longplayer of the modern era after the two super albums “fastest kid alive” (2011) and “Presumed Insolent” (2013)! The band still has an exceptional status, which they also underline on “la vendetta”. The 16 new tracks again include a number of bangers such as the old-school HC-heavy “monolith at the Mountlake Terrace”, “last laugh” (could also be on the debut!) or “a dish best served cold”, which is blessed with riffs and choruses from the gods. Great US punk that connects the past with the NOW. Hats off!
