Melodic punk rock from Poland with old friends from UTOPIA, PRODUKT and EL BANDA. WIRUS is seen by many as a continuation of UTOPIA, with almost 100% of the same line-up and the same singer, Marta. They also follow a similar path, trying to combine the European melodic punk rock tradition with a more American hardcore guitar style. As with all of the members’ former bands, WIRUS has a strong anti-fascist and anti-capitalist stance and has been part of the Polish DIY scene for many years. ‘NA ZMIANE’ is WIRUS’ second album and contains 11 songs in this almost ‘typical’ style of melodic and slightly melancholic Polish punk rock.
